OPP are hoping for witnesses to come forward about a pickup truck that was driven the wrong way on Highway 401 near Chatham.
The incident occurred on July 26 between 11 p.m. and midnight on the 401 between Harwich and Mull Road (County Road 38).
A white Chevy Silverado was seen heading eastbound in the westbound lanes.
Police said the vehicle travelled for about a kilometre in this manner.
Fortunately, there were no collisions and no one was hurt.
OPP have charged the driver of the pickup truck with dangerous driving under the Criminal Code of Canada.
But investigators are continuing to seek witnesses to the incident. Anyone who saw this vehicle or had to move to avoid it is urged to contact Chatham-Kent OPP at 519-352-1122.
