Windsor police are looking for the suspect in what’s described as an “indecent act investigation” after two incidents with teenage female victims at the Ford Test Track.
Investigators believe the same male may be responsible for both incidents — one on July 12, the other on July 18.
The July 12 incident occurred around 3 p.m., when two female teens were sitting on a bench at Ford Test Track and noticed the suspect seated nearby.
The girls grew uncomfortable and moved to a different part of the park. The suspect followed them. They could see he was performing an indecent act.
The July 18 incident occurred around 7 p.m. This time, the suspect was on a bicycle. He rode it around a teenage female, who grew increasingly uncomfortable and upset.
A witness noticed the situation and confronted the cyclist, who rode away from the area.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens or early 20s. He has a muscular build, short brown hair and scruffy facial hair.
In the second incident, he was riding a red and copper-coloured mountain bike and wearing dark clothing. He was last seen heading east on Milloy Street, then turning south — possibly onto Aubin Road.
