It’s not clear why Loma was out of custody. Earlier this year, on July 13, Loma was arrested in relation to a series of break-and-enter incidents in which vehicles were stolen and driven into businesses in order to steal items — such as laptops from PC Outfitters on Marentette Avenue.
In August 2016, Loma was arrested in Windsor in relation to suspected methamphetamine and a loaded handgun with a high-capacity magazine.
