A 25-year-old has been charged after police stopped him around 2 a.m. Sunday driving a stolen vehicle and with high alcohol levels in his blood.
Dylan Sundin, from Kingsville, was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and the impaired operation of a motor vehicle, as well as having a blood alcohol content level above the legal limit.
Ontario Provincial Police were responding to a report of a stolen vehicle from a driveway on Carter Avenue early Sunday morning.
Shortly after, a police officer stopped the vehicle on Erie Street South in Leamington. The driver, who was the only one in the vehicle, showed signs of impairment.
