Windsor house fire investigation is now an arson probe

Investigators say a Windsor house fire that caused $215,000 in damage was the work of an arsonist.

Firefighters and police were called to the blaze at 9735 Esplanade Drive around 6:20 p.m. on Sept. 1. Windsor police arson investigators and the Ontario Fire Marshal’s office announced Tuesday someone set the fire on purpose.
