Windsor police have released video of an arsonist who likely hurt himself when he threw a Molotov cocktail into a car and it blew up in his face.
Officers were sent to a house in the 200 block of Belleperche Place around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
A man was seen running away after a vehicle was torched in the driveway.
The arson was caught on video surveillance. The footage shows someone setting fire to the vehicle by throwing a Molotov cocktail into it.
Before the man could back away, a fireball shot out of the window and into his face, causing him to fall down.
The only information police have about the man is that he was wearing a hooded sweater and he might have suffered burn injuries.
