Cash register contents and racks of scratch tickets were the targets of a pair of thieves who broke into a convenience store in Windsor on Dec. 27.
The crime occurred at a business in the 200 block of Strabane Avenue shortly before 1:30 a.m.
Windsor police have obtained and released security camera video recordings of the incident.
The duo was armed with crowbars and wore masks, gloves, and hooded jackets. They can be seen in the video forcing their way into the store via a rear door and immediately searching for items to steal.
One thief clad in a black jacket with camouflage trim scrambled to the store’s front counter to take the money tray out of the register and slide three racks of OLG Instant Games out from under the countertop.
