Ontario Provincial Police said a search warrant was executed on a residence on Howard Street, where they found a quantity of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $687, and more than 300 prescription pills.
OPP said stolen property was located in the residence.
Also seized was a prohibited weapon — the nature of which police have not disclosed.
Three men and a woman are facing charges: Donald Troy Forrest, 55, of Leamington; Harry Wallace Collison, 66, of Leamington; Kaylynn Hope Montgomery, 22, of Leamington; and Wesley David Park, 26, of Cambridge.
The charges include possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a prohibited device, and failure to comply with recognizance.
