Windsor police continue to investigate a reported stabbing in the area of Tecumseh Road East and Westcott Road early Monday morning.
Police responded around 5:30 a.m. to the 3700 block of Tecumseh Road East — the location of the Westcott Luxury Apartments building, just east of Central Avenue.
The three-story building has residential units in its second and third floors with the address of 1985 Westcott Rd., and storefront businesses facing the 3700 block of Tecumseh Road East.
The businesses include a nail salon, a hair salon, and the administrative offices of a plastics company and a mold making company.
Windsor police vehicles were still at the scene as of 11 a.m. Monday, including a vehicle dedicated to the forensics unit.
The west side of the property was sectioned off by police tape. An open door was visible on the west side of the building.
As of 4 p.m. Monday, police had yet to disclose any details of the incident.
